Harvested in the forests of the Pacific Northwest and featured in the dessert recipes of restaurants around the world, the Candy Cap is best used when ground or cut into small pieces. Experiment with both sweet and savory recipes with this rare and incredibly flavoured mushroom. Candy Caps can be used both rehydrated and dry as the recipe calls for. When rehydrating, place in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy.
