Description
The Bear’s tooth also known as the bear’s head mushroom is quite a versatile mushroom. It has a light flavour with a nutty undertone, and pairs well with potatoes, corn, cabbage, shallots, garlic, onion, leeks, as well as any meat dishes.
It’s best broken up into little chunks and pan-fried with butter or oil, maybe some garlic and shallots if you like.
