Description
With wonderfully crunchy stems and tender leaves, miner’s lettuce is an extremely popular wild green throughout the Pacific Northwest. A light, earthy flavour and an impressive vitamin C content make this wild plant an excellent ingredient for salads and cooked dishes. It appears early in the year and is one of the first greens to be available.
