Known as the ‘King of Wild Mushrooms’, Morels are revered around the world by chefs and home cooks alike. A natural flavour enhancer, they boast a rich, earthy, nutty flavour that goes especially well with steak, pasta and in a cream sauce.
Our Morel Mushrooms are wild-harvested in British Columbia from areas of remote forest that have experienced a wildfire in the previous year.
Please note – if you’re ordering from outside the Greater Vancouver Area, fresh morels need to be shipped overnight (select ‘Fresh Shipping’ at checkout) in order to guarantee arrival in premium condition.
