Description
Stinging nettle is an incredible superfood with many health benefits. Lightly steamed or boiled in order to remove the stinging properties. The flavour is both fresh and earthy, and can be used in place of spinach, kale, broccoli or asparagus as a new leafy green vegetable. Save the nettle cooking water as it is full of nutrients, and drink as a tea.
