COOKING TIME: 7 minutes – 3 Servings. | Easy to use: Excellent cooked and mixed with garlic, mushrooms sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, pesto or a simple tomato-Basil sauce.

INGREDIENTS: Drum wheat semolina, water, Porcini mushrooms (boletus edulius) 2%. May contain traces of eggs and clams. The pasta’s slow drying process at a low temperature allows its ingredients to remain unaltered and conserves their original flavour.
